His work has been featured in numerous publications, including National Geographic and Outdoor Photographer, and he was recognized as the Best Photographer in Minnesota by Lake Times Magazine in 2018. In addition to his successful career as a photographer, Hansel is also an accomplished outdoor educator and guide, leading photography workshops to some of the most breathtaking locations in the country.
