Prints, Canvas or Metal Prints

If you want a refund, you need to notify me within 7 days of receiving the product. Products damaged in shipping will be replaced with the same product. Customers returning products for any other reason than shipping damage will receive a store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping and will ensure that the product is packaged in a way that no damage will occur. Only products in a like-new condition will be accepted for return.

eBooks, Presets and other Electronic Products

There is no refund on the purchase of any eBooks, Presets or other Electronic Products.

Products Purchased Through Other Stores

When you buy a Bryan Hansel product through another store that store’s refund policies apply.
