The Found Bike Project is an ongoing project aiming to find and photograph old or unusual bikes that I find on my travels. It started when I posted a picture of an old bike on my Facebook photography page. The people who commented encouraged me to continue to find bikes and post more photos of them. Surprisingly, it is difficult to find the right bikes in the right light. I found the bikes in this calendar during 2016 and 2017. The project continues. I hope to release a new calendar of found bikes every other year.
I’ve decided to make Lulu my exclusive distributor this year again, because they do such a good job at printing, shipping and taking the orders. They also have excellent customer service and will help you with any problems you experience. I buy my calendars from them, too, so I’ll be stocking up for Christmas gifts as well. This is the first of three calendars that I’ll make this year. The next one of northern landscapes will be available at the end of September and then the night photo one will be available at the end of October.
Lulu sometimes offer coupon codes, so check Lulu’s from page and RetailMeNot before you buy to see if they have any running.
