A few of you were waiting for my Northern Nightscape Calendar for 2017. I almost didn’t do one, because the Northern Landscape Calendar is a much better seller. But, because I knew that a few of you want this, I decided to get it done today. This calendar includes 12 images (plus a thirteenth on the cover) that I took in 2016. I tried to use some repetition in the calendar, so a few images are from the same location but taken at a different time of the year. It amazes me how different the night sky looks as the year passes. It was a great year of night photography and this calendar reflects that.
