Dubuque Downtown at Night

 In Grand Marais, Picture

When in Dubuque, I took some time to get some night shots in. This is one. I wish I knew which church this was. Any ideas?

I may be mistaken, but I believe that’s Holy Trinity. There are a couple churches that look similar, so it depends where you took the photo from.

Eileen Mozinski, a Telegraph Herald Reporter, tells me, “The church in your photo is St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Dubuque.”

    Thanks, Eileen.

Sorry you can delete that last one. It was from googles image search. Here’s the correct link. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Mary%27s_Catholic_Church_(Dubuque)

I couldn’t get a good view from Cleveland Park, so I ended up shooting from just above the library above where the staircase collapsed.

Ya, I’m going to have to disagree with my last comment and agree with Eileen it’s the Saint Mary’s Catholic Church. I’ve always been fascinated by this church but never been inside it. I passed it daily when I was in jr. high. I’ve always felt acward going into Churches that it didn’t belong to(which was all of them). Weird, you would think it would be inviting, and they would welcome you.
